Warranty

Our workmanship warranty covers all of the aspects that are related to the installation of the system. This can be things such as ductwork, grilles, electrical and pipework. Our workmanship warranty is a total of 6 years and each installation comes with a compliance certificate upon completion. As the leading provider of air conditioning services in Melbourne we ensure that each of our installers are fully qualified and abide by Australian Standards.

Each of our systems we install are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This only covers the actual air conditioning unit itself. Each manufacturer have they’re designated warranty periods and in some cases offer an extended warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty in most cases covers both parts and labour to fix any faults of the unit within the warranty period and terms. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our customers are treated fairly when warranty claims are lodged.
